Booking and Appointments

When booking an appointment through our website:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for arriving at your scheduled appointment time
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance
• Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: No fee
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of service price
• No-shows: 100% of service price

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for your appointment
• Communicate clearly about your style preferences and expectations
• Inform your barber of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that might affect your service
• Treat our staff and other clients with respect
• Pay for services rendered

• Respect your time by adhering to scheduled appointments
